Col 1:13 NASB   For He rescued us from the domain of darkness, and transferred us to the kingdom of His beloved Son...   Acts 20:28b says of the Church... "which He purchased with His own blood."   Please read verse 15, below, over and over!  Write it on your heart!

Col 1:12-15   Message Bible     "thanking the Father who makes us strong enough to take part in everything bright and beautiful that he has for us. 13  God rescued us from dead-end alleys and dark dungeons.  He's set us up in the kingdom of the Son he loves so much,  14  the Son who got us out of the pit we were in, got rid of the sins we were doomed to keep repeating.  15  We look at this Son and see the God who cannot be seen. We look at this Son and see God's original purpose in everything created.

Our Prayer:
Thank You, Father, for giving us the ability to enjoy the beauty of Your creation and the wonders of Your blessings toward us.  Help us to seek You with the diligence and intensity needed to see Your might and power in its fullness.  Your salvation is a joyful drawing of us to Yourself.  May we embrace this process with our  whole being.   Help us to see You in Jesus!  We pray in His name,   Amen.
